Hey, y'all!

I'm Diana Sharples, a follower of Christ, wife, mom, writer, artist, and motorcycle rider.

Yep. Got my own bike. Vroom.

I'm working on a series of contemporary novels for Christian teens, set in a fictitious county in rural North Carolina. I call it the Stiles County Series. Click on the links to get an overview of each novel.

Two of my books, Out at Home and The Fifth Generation were finalists in the 2009 ACFW Genesis competition. A third novel, Running Lean, is going through a rewrite after a major CBA publisher asked for some changes. I'm currently looking for a new agent... hoping to click with someone at the ACFW conference in September.

I've taken some baby steps toward creating my first video, based on my WIP (work-in-progress), A Walk Along the River. This is gonna be cool! The novel will be offered for free download. The videos will be a comic-book-style interpretation of the novel, and you'll be able to see them here on my website and on YouTube. Rewriting Running Lean has put this project on hold, but I plan to be moving forward with it in the coming months.

And I'll be working on making this website bigger, better, and cooler. Stay tuned!
